Contains highly buffered balancing agents, plus a chelating agent and conditioners to effectively remove oily residue and mineral deposits. Contains Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Lysine HCL, and UV filters to maximize its conditioning, strengthening, and moisturizing performance.
