DIRECTIONS: Do not dilute. After rinsing out neutralizing shampoo (or tints, toner etc) apply FIX-ALL STABILIZER PLUS HAIR CONDITIONER liberally to wet hair. Work into hair thoroughly, wait for 1 minute. Rinse. Proceed with styling.
